Welcome to Remick!

Our historic farmstead is an agricultural, natural and picturesque oasis for your safe, self-led explorations.

All generations can enjoy these educational, farm-fun activities (some activities are day- and time-specific; COVID-19 guidelines apply):

    • Delight your curiosity during a scavenger hunt.
    • Join a goat (and a Remick guide) for a nature walk.
    • Take part in a guided Medical History Tour at the Captian Enoch Remick House.
    • Visit with our farm animals in their seasonal settings—baby animals, too, if your timing is lucky.
    • Discover what’s growing in our history-based, vegetable and herb exhibit gardens.
    • Hunt for truths and treasures in the Children’s Garden.
    • Enjoy the simple, seasonal pleasures of a farmstead as you ramble, relax and rejuvenate.
    • Picnic on-site—pack-in pack-out picnics welcome.

As restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic ease, your safety while visiting remains important to us. While on-site, please take note of the posted signs and guidelines.

All barns and most buildings, including the Museum Center, remain closed to the public at this time; water fountains and restrooms are also closed.

The Museum Store is open for curbside pickup Thursday–Saturday, 10 AM–2 p.m. A products list is available here and on-site during your visit.
